Unfortunately, there was an issue with my reservation…my fault. The Front desk clerk, Nathan went beyond the call of duty to help me resolve the problem and get me checked in. The next morning, I talked to the GM, Christine to make sure all was well. She assured me that it was. She was so friendly and accommodating. I felt like I had known her forever. She’s a sincerely kind lady. My family lives in Colorado. Thanks to how this situation was handled, I will always stay at this airport location before returning to my home state. I felt welcomed. I found the entire staff to be extremely friendly and lots of smiles. Thank you.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Denver Airport. The Continental breakfast was great and staff very friendly. Gabby at the front desk was phenomenal. Always pleasant and greated us with a smile and "have a great day" or "is there anything I can do for you?" We had a dead battery the morning we were leaving. Gabby was very prompt to track down an employee who had a set of jumper cables. We were taken care of and on our way. Again, thanks to Gabby. She is a Rockstar for her service, but more importantly, her customer relations and how she made myself and coworkers feel.

The rooms were lovely, great ambient lighting and perfect room temperatures for sleeping. The free breakfast was outstanding, perfect sausages, hash browns to delicious porridge, muffins, lots of selection. The fellow checking us in was gracious and very accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us, even though it was midnight. Even the breakfast attendant was friendly and proud to serve us.

Shuttle driver ( man from Ethiopia) from airport was great. Bed was comfy. Room was clean and well appointed. New gal at front desk was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast.

Used this hotel to lay over before meeting up with family the following day. Shuttle service worked, although it's worth knowing that you need to be in front of door 512 on the West side of the airport to meet it. I did ask the hotel about this in advance and didn't get a reply. Friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast, a good basic breakfast, very comfortable room and bed. Great linens and pillows. Room very clean and cosy. It was just what we needed, to catch up on sleep. We paid for late check-out and used the extra time to rest from our flight and wait for the rest of our party to arrive.
